Protects against cable freeze-up, rust and corrosion. Extends steering cable life. Keeps steering cable lubricated. Fits most domestic and foreign outboard and I/O steering cables. 8" long, 1" diameter on one end, 3/8" diameter on other end. Includes 2 cable ties.
